Soltanto cinque delle più grandi aree metropolitane del mondo sono situate nell’America Latina: Città del Messico, San Paolo, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro e Lima.
Le loro condizioni sociali, politiche ed economiche nonché le più rilevanti conseguenze in termini di ineguaglianza, democrazia e neoliberismo sono state analizzate in cinque giorni di lavori a cura di FEEM-Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei di Milano, prof. Giulio Sapelli Consigliere di amministrazione. Di seguito gli intervenuti e i temi. PLENARY TEMATIC SESSION
Capstone Projects to be developed at home countries: issues, design, schedule, commitment. Each participant University is expected to present a project concept (20 minutes each). Projects might be commissioned by private or public, local or international organizations; will be based on case-studies, field research, new data base creation, etc. Projects will be conducted by a local team of PhD students and an academic tutor, will last 12 months and will be presented at the next FEEM Fall School in Milan.
